Open ECX celebrates its gear-shifting WebContractor construction software service with Mercedes-Benz Driving Day
Open ECX, the construction industry’s top electronic exchange, is holding an exclusive Driving Day at Mercedes-Benz World Weybridge, Surrey, Thursday 4th October from 10:30am – 15:00pm.
Designed to create industry awareness on improving the management of subcontractors, including the tracking of applications for payment and improving compliance across the sector, this unmissable event features morning sessions headed by Rob Driscoll, advisor to the Cabinet Office and Build UK Payments.
An expert in his field and beyond, Rob Driscoll will be advising attendees on the benefits of digital solutions to de-risk commercial models and prevent hazardous risks to business, including litigation.
As delayed construction payments is at the top of the industry’s agenda, leading contractor, Geoffrey Osborne, will also be running a morning session to discuss its use of the cloud-based construction software solution, WebContractor.
WebContractor is a business-changing tool that manages multiple processes, including subcontractor applications for payment, insurances and bonds. Mark Mitchell, Operations Finance Director at Geoffrey Osborne, will be discussing how WebContractor has improved end-to-end management and visibility of its payments and finances, forging better relationships with their valued subcontractors.
After lunch, an afternoon of AMG track driving awaits the event’s attendees – an exhilarating way to celebrate a morning of networking and discussion about one of the key topics in the construction world right now.
Open ECX is looking forward to welcoming attendees to the event.
