Luxury bathroom supplier C.P. HART has tapped into an efficient way of managing increased sales through the adoption of an automated e-Invoicing solution. C.P. Hart, which offers traditional and contemporary bathrooms to both consumers and the trade, is utilising Open ECX’s ‘easy e-invoice solution’ to significantly reduce the need for its finance department to process paperwork – a laborious and time-consuming task.

It was already processing thousands of electronic invoices, but there was a “gap”: a rump of low-volume supplier relationships still reliant on paper. Osborne “filled the gap”; it encouraged key suppliers to email PDF-based e-Invoices which could be automatically accepted by Osborne’s financial system. OpenECX’s COINS connector enabled EDI-type trading via PDFs for Osborne suppliers.
